Un mat\u00ed tranquil, una pausa del soroll, un moment per recarregar energies. Normalment, el benestar s\u2019ent\u00e9n com una cosa personal i privada. Per\u00f2, i si una de les formes m\u00e9s poderoses de benestar no tingu\u00e9s a veure amb estar sol? I si tingu\u00e9s a veure amb ser realment present amb una altra persona?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>En un m\u00f3n que va de pressa i que ens demana estar constantment connectats a tot, la pres\u00e8ncia real s\u2019ha tornat poc habitual. Missatges, notificacions, scroll infinit, plans constants. Fins i tot quan estem amb altres persones, \u00e9s f\u00e0cil sentir que nom\u00e9s hi som a mitges. La ment s\u2019avan\u00e7a, l\u2019atenci\u00f3 es dispersa i, sense adonar-nos-en, comencem a viure una mica fora del moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, ser present s\u2019ha convertit en una forma d\u2019autocura en si mateixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan est\u00e0s realment all\u00e0, amb alg\u00fa, compartint una experi\u00e8ncia, alguna cosa canvia. Vas m\u00e9s a poc a poc. Respires diferent. Et sents de nou arrelat. La pres\u00e8ncia es converteix en una pausa del m\u00f3n exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per qu\u00e8 la connexi\u00f3 real se sent tan significativa.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La millor connexi\u00f3 no requereix esfor\u00e7 ni actuaci\u00f3. No cal que sembli perfecta, ni encara menys que sigui compartida o validada en l\u00ednia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La connexi\u00f3 real passa en silenci. En una conversa honesta. En un riure inesperat. En un moment en qu\u00e8 et sents compr\u00e8s sense haver d\u2019explicar-ho tot. S\u00f3n moments petits, per\u00f2 es queden amb tu. Donen escalfor. Et recorden que no est\u00e0s sol en all\u00f2 que sents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on comen\u00e7a el benestar: no en fer m\u00e9s, sin\u00f3 en sentir m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Estar a prop tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una manera de cuidar.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha alguna cosa profundament humana en la proximitat. Ens retorna a nosaltres mateixos. Suavitza la pressi\u00f3 d\u2019haver d\u2019estar sempre a l\u2019altura, de rendir o demostrar alguna cosa. En un m\u00f3n que sovint ens empeny cap a l\u2019exterior, la connexi\u00f3 ens porta cap endins. Portant calma i significat, esdev\u00e9 una forma de cura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, el benestar no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s rutines o h\u00e0bits. A vegades necessitem espais que la facilitin: llocs on et puguis allunyar del soroll, frenar el ritme i reconnectar. Experi\u00e8ncies immersives, l\u00fadiques i reals, moments que no et demanen actuar, sin\u00f3 simplement ser-hi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El benestar no sempre consisteix a escapar de la vida; a vegades consisteix a tornar-hi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una altra manera de cuidar-se.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/ikono.global\/ca\/barcelona?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=link&amp;utm_campaign=Valentine-Campaign-El-Benestar-De-Ser-Present&amp;thm=6573\">IKONO<\/a> creiem que les experi\u00e8ncies poden ser una forma d\u2019autocura, no perqu\u00e8 siguin perfectes, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n significatives. Perqu\u00e8 apropen les persones. Escollir connexi\u00f3. Deixar que el moment nom\u00e9s sigui. Menys distracci\u00f3. Menys mostrar. M\u00e9s ser.
