Ho diem gaireb\u00e9 autom\u00e0ticament, fins i tot els dies en qu\u00e8 no acaba d\u2019encaixar. \u201cB\u00e9\u201d esdev\u00e9 una manera de seguir endavant sense frenar el ritme, sense incomodar, sense demanar massa a ning\u00fa, ni tan sols a nosaltres mateixos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema no \u00e9s voler que les coses estiguin b\u00e9. El problema \u00e9s quantes vegades sentim que hem de semblar que ho estan, fins i tot quan no \u00e9s aix\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a molts joves adults avui dia, aquesta actuaci\u00f3 silenciosa forma part del dia a dia. Aprenem a ajustar el to, l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim, les reaccions. Suavitzem el que sentim, triem qu\u00e8 mostrar i mantenim tot lleuger perqu\u00e8 sembla m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil. Vol dir ajustar-se constantment, mesurar quina part de tu \u00e9s visible. I encara que aquesta actuaci\u00f3 sigui subtil, encara que sembli normal, pot crear dist\u00e0ncia entre qui ets i qui mostres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on viu el cansament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No \u00e9s el cansament que es resol dormint, sin\u00f3 el que neix de guardar-se coses, de no tenir prou espai per arribar tal com ets, de sentir que sempre hi ha una versi\u00f3 de tu que ha d\u2019estar preparada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 els moments sense actuaci\u00f3 se senten tan alliberadors. Moments en qu\u00e8 no s\u2019espera res de tu. En qu\u00e8 no has d\u2019explicar res, ni semblar d\u2019una manera concreta, ni sentir d\u2019una forma determinada. En qu\u00e8 ser present \u00e9s suficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No cal que siguin moments intensos ni emocionals. Sovint s\u00f3n senzills: temps compartit, joc, curiositat, ser en un espai que no et demana res m\u00e9s que ser-hi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I en aquests moments, alguna cosa es destensa. Respires diferent. Tornes a connectar amb tu mateix sense esfor\u00e7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on apareix el benestar, de manera silenciosa. No com un objectiu, sin\u00f3 com la conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de poder ser real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/ikono.global\/ca\/barcelona?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=link&amp;utm_campaign=Valentine-Campaign-Per-Que-Estem-Cansats-D-Actuar&amp;thm=6573\">IKONO<\/a> creiem en experi\u00e8ncies que creen aquest espai. No oferint respostes, sin\u00f3 oferint alleujament.
