Clause 1. Organizer and Dates

IKONO organizes a draw according to these terms (hereinafter, the 'Terms'), which will consist of awarding the prize detailed in Clause 3.
The draw will take place on April 29, 2025, between 09:00 and 23:59 hours.
Clause 2. Requirements to Participate
This is a private draw in which all visitors to IKONO who register in the web-app of the Egg Hunting game can participate, including the general public, influencers, and journalists between April 11, 2025, and April 27, 2025 (hereinafter 'users') selected by IKONO for an IKONO experience, including travel, accommodation, and tickets to IKONO (hereinafter the 'Draw'). All participants must be natural persons over 18 years old, legally residing in the European Union, and meet the following requirements:
Participants will enter the Draw for a prize consisting of:
• Flights for 4 people to the city of their choice where IKONO is present, with a total cost of up to €800.
• 2 nights of hotel stay (double room) in the city of their choice where IKONO is present, with a total cost of up to €800.
• 4 IKONO tickets in the city of their choice, with a total cost of up to €120.
The prize must be redeemed before October 2025. The winner will have 3 months to communicate via email to prensa@ikono.global the travel dates to IKONO, as well as the details of the accompanying persons, and must do so at least 4 weeks in advance of the travel date.
Individuals with an employment relationship with IKONO, those related to the organization of the Draw, and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.
IKONO reserves the right to cancel all user participations deemed to have been fraudulent or improper. This includes the use of tactics to unfairly win or obstruct other users. Similarly, IKONO reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
Participation in this Draw is free, and each user may participate only once.
Clause 3. Winners and Prize
There will be only one prize in total. Accordingly, only one winner and three alternates will be selected, chosen randomly through the online tool app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados. The winner will be announced by IKONO on April 30, 2025.
Alternates will be chosen in case the winner cannot be contacted, does not meet the requirements outlined in these Terms, rejects the prize, or fails to communicate the travel dates within the established period.
Winners will be contacted between April 30, 2025, and May 31, 2025. IKONO will reach out to the winners via email to explain the prize collection procedure.
If by June 1, 2025, the winner cannot be contacted, does not meet participation requirements, rejects the prize, or fails to comply with these Terms, they will forfeit all rights to the prize, which will be awarded to the first alternate. If the first alternate cannot be contacted, rejects the prize, or fails to comply, the prize will go to the next alternate, and so forth, until all three alternates have been exhausted. If none of the alternates claim the prize, it will be declared void.
Clause 4. Void Prize
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, altered, compensated, or assigned at the request of the winners. However, IKONO reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of similar or higher value in case of force majeure.
IKONO reserves the right to make modifications or add annexes regarding the mechanics and prizes, provided they are justified and do not harm participants. Any changes will be properly communicated.
IKONO also reserves the right to cancel the Draw at any time for just cause.
IKONO is not responsible for the impossibility of contacting the winner due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by participants. IKONO reserves the right to disqualify participants acting fraudulently or dishonestly, as well as any who provide false information.
Participation in this Draw implies full acceptance of these Terms. IKONO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with them.
Clause 5. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Draw implies express consent and binding agreement to these Terms. Participants accept IKONO's interpretative authority regarding any matters not expressly covered in these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. By participating, entrants expressly waive any jurisdiction that might correspond to them and accept the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid as the competent bodies for resolving any claims.
Failure to comply with any of these Terms will result in exclusion from the Draw.
Clause 6. Authorization for Image Use
If the winner's or their companion's image is captured incidentally at IKONO, in accordance with Organic Law 1/1982, it will not be considered an unlawful intrusion into privacy, and no explicit consent will be required. The images may be stored indefinitely unless the individuals involved object.
IKONO may use images sent by users to freely disseminate them via graphic, audiovisual, electronic, or any other telematic means, without limit on the number of transmissions, for promotional purposes related to this Draw.
Users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time in writing. Image processing is entirely optional, and participants can choose not to be photographed or recorded.
Clause 7. Personal Data Protection
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection, and other applicable laws, we inform you that your personal data will be processed by IKONO to manage your participation in the Draw and, if applicable, to award the prize.
The legal basis for processing your data is your express consent, derived from your voluntary participation in the Draw and acceptance of its Terms.
Participants guarantee the accuracy of the provided personal data. Providing the requested data in Clause 2 is mandatory to participate in the Draw.
IKONO will only share data with competent Public Administrations to comply with legal obligations. No data transfers will be made outside the European Economic Area.
Your data will be retained for the duration of the Draw and subsequently blocked for the statutory limitation period of any legal actions.
Participants can exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase, limit, or transfer their data, as well as object to processing, by emailing dataprotection@ikono.global.
IKONO's Data Protection Officer can be reached at dpo@clarkemodet.com. Complaints may be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if participants believe their rights have been violated.
