- Children (4-13 years old): 138 Kr
- Infants (0-3 years old): free
Tickets booked online will be delivered immediately to your email. You don't need to print them. Simply show the QR-code at the box office upon arrival.
50% discount at the box office for persons with disabilities by presenting an ID.

Group reservations
For groups over 10 people, please send us an email to gruppercopenhagen@ikono.global and we will manage your reservation.
Important information
We give priority to visitors with reservations, we recommend you to get your ticket before coming! If you don't have a ticket, you will only be able to enter if there is availability at the time.
Please arrive on time to keep the flow of people. If you arrive more than ten minutes after your reserved time, we will not be able to secure your ticket as scheduled.
Strollers are not permitted to enter the experience.
Buying additional tickets
If you want to add a last minute friend to your reservation, you can do so by paying it directly at the box office. Additional tickets can be purchased only subject to availability for the same time slot.

Tickets are non-refundable, time and day changes are subject only to problems and setbacks due to medical or health issues.
