  • What should I bring?

    All you need to bring is your ID card or passport, a mask and above all, a lot of EXCITEMENT.

  • How long is the Ikono tour?

    The tour lasts approximately 1 hour.

  • Can people of all ages attend?

    Absolutely! It is an experience for all ages. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by adults.

  • What have you done to adapt to COVID-19?

    At IKONO we are very committed to the safety of our customers. In addition to internal protocols, we have reinforced cleaning and safety measures to minimize the possibility of transmission. We have provided the premises with disinfectant elements and we carry out a temperature check at the entrance.

  • Is the mask mandatory?

    Yes, in compliance with current regulations, it is necessary to live the IKONO experience with it.

  • What are your opening hours?

    You can visit us:

    • Monday: 9am to 10pm
    • Tuesday: 9am to 10pm
    • Wednesday: 9am to 10pm
    • Thursday: 9am to 10pm
    • Friday: 9am to 11pm
    • Saturday: 9am to 11pm
    • Sunday: 9am to 10pm



  • Where can I buy my tickets?

    For health safety reasons, it is essential to reserve your tickets through our website in order to start the experience at the scheduled time. Tickets cannot be reserved by telephone.

  • What is the maximum number of people to enter as a group?

    You can form a group of up to 10 people!

  • Can I change my date of entry?

    Changes will only be made for health reasons. These must be communicated at least 36 hours in advance.

  • Can I leave my belongings in a safe place while I take the tour?

    Of course! At IKONO we have a free luggage room for all our visitors.

  • Can I organize events at Ikono?

    Yes! Contact us through our email and we will make your event an unforgettable day.

  • Can I record a video clip at IKONO?

    The recording of video clips, product photography or any action for commercial/advertising purposes is not allowed during business hours without the express consent of the company. If you wish to do so, please contact us at hola@ikonomadrid.com!

  • How can I retrieve lost items in Ikono?

    Write to us at hola@ikonomadrid.com so that we can locate your belongings and recover them as soon as possible.
