How long does the IKONO experience last?
The journey in IKONO does not have a predefined duration. On average, visitors take between 45 minutes and 1 hour to explore all the environments and interact with the installations featured.
Do I need to bring something with me?
No, the only requirement in IKONO is to have fun!
Is the IKONO experience suitable for all ages?
The IKONO experience is designed for everyone: children, young people, adults, and families! However, children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Is it possible to access with strollers?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to access the experience with strollers.
Can I take photos and videos during the experience?
Certainly! Feel free to take photos and videos during the IKONO experience and remember to share them by tagging our social channels! However, make sure not to disturb other visitors and refrain from recording their faces without their explicit consent. Access to the experience with flash, external lights, or tripods is not permitted.
Are animals allowed in IKONO?
We are sorry, but it is not possible to access with animals. Only certified service, support, or assistance dogs are allowed.

Is it possible to park near the IKONO venues?
The IKONO venues do not have reserved parking. We suggest you to check the availability of parking nearby.
Does IKONO have air conditioning and heating?
Certainly! All the IKONO have air conditioning and heating.
Can I recover my items lost in IKONO?
To recover lost items, contact the IKONO you visited. Our staff will try to locate your item and, if successful, will contact you immediately to arrange for its pickup.
Can I enjoy the experience leaving my luggage safe?
Certainly! Ask our staff, we will safely store your luggage for the duration of your visit, free of charge (subject to availability).
Is IKONO permanent?
Yes, all IKONO experiences are permanent.

Can I buy my tickets for IKONO Madrid and IKONO Barcelona with Bono Cultural?
Yes, you can buy your tickets directly at the venue on the day of your visit or reserve them at the box office for another day. We are working on making it possible to purchase them through our website using the Bono Cultural, but this option is not yet available.
Can I buy as many tickets as I want with Bono Cultural at IKONO Madrid and IKONO Barcelona?
Yes, you can buy as many tickets as you want, as long as you show your ID at the entrance when purchasing the tickets.
If I don't have enough balance on my Bono Cultural, can I pay the difference for my tickets to IKONO Madrid and IKONO Barcelona with another payment method?
Unfortunately, we cannot split the payments, so you would need to pay the full amount of the tickets in cash or by card.
Do you have closing days?
The IKONO venues are open every day, including holidays, unless otherwise communicated.
What are the opening hours?
IKONO Madrid: Monday to Sunday (10:00-22:00).
IKONO Rome: Monday to Sunday (10:00-21:00).
IKONO Barcelona: Sunday to Thursday (10:00-21:00). Friday to Saturday (10:00-22:00).
IKONO Budapest: Monday to Thursday (10:00-21:00). Friday and Saturday (10:00-22:00). Sunday (10:00-21:00).
IKONO Vienna: Monday to Thursday (10:00-20:00). Friday to Sunday (9:30-20:30).
IKONO Copenhagen: Monday to Thursday (10:00-20:00). Friday to Sunday (09:00-20:30).

Can I purchase a gift card with open date?
Yes, IKONO is a wonderful gift! It's possible to purchase gift tickets with an open date by selecting 'Is this a gift?' during the purchase process.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets for IKONO can be purchased on our website or directly at the ticket office at arrival. We give priority to visitors with a reservation: buy your tickets now not to miss the opportunity to experience IKONO. We apologize, but we do not accept phone reservations.
Can I change the visit date or time?
Changes can only be made for health reasons, which must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance by writing to the IKONO you booked.
Do groups enjoy discounts?
Yes, discounted tickets are available for groups. Visit your preferred location page to learn more.

While booking I can't select day and time. What should I do?
If you are unable to select a day or time, it means that the tickets are sold out. We invite you to choose another day and/or time.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No, it's not necessary. Once you arrive at the museum, show the QR code on the digital ticket to our staff
Is booking mandatory?
No, it is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended to ensure your entry into IKONO, especially during weekends and holidays.
Can I ask for a refund of the ticket if I don't use it?
Sorry, the tickets are non-refundable. Please contact us for further information.
What happens if I arrive late?
It is advisable to arrive a few minutes before the time indicated on the ticket to facilitate access for all visitors. In case of a delay of more than 10 minutes, we may not be able to guarantee access, and you may have to wait for the next available slot.
I can't find my ticket, what can I do?
In case you have lost your ticket, you just need to contact the IKONO you visited, providing your name, surname, email, and booking date. Our staff will send you a copy of the ticket via email as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online, it is possible to make purchases using Visa and Mastercard credit or prepaid cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. On-site, you can also pay in cash. In Budapest you can use SZÉP card as well to pay on-site.
Is it possible to organize private events?
Certainly, contact IKONO Roma, IKONO Madrid, IKONO Barcelona, IKONO Budapest, IKONO Vienna, IKONO Copenhagen or IKONO Berlin via email. The dedicated events team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Is it possible to produce photo-video material for commercial purposes?
The production of photos and videos for commercial purposes within IKONO locations is prohibited during opening hours unless expressly authorized in writing by the IKONO management. If you wish to carry out a production at IKONO, please contact the team in Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Budapest, Vienna, Copenhagen or Berlin.
